HOW OUR SERVICE AREAS ARE STRUCTURED
Our service areas are designed to allow our in-home trainers to reach each next destination in under 30 minutes. This is why our in-home training sessions are available in 90-minute increments; Each training session is about 60 minutes long, leaving 30 minutes for each commute.
If you live out of service area (OSA), you can still choose to pay our OSA fees for in home training. 100% of the OSA fee goes to your trainer. This helps reimburse their costs for extra gas, mileage on their vehicle, and time in their training day.
The OSA fee is $1.50 per minute your address is outside the respective service area. For example, if you live in Boulder and your address maps 20 minutes from the Boulder service area address, your OSA fee would be $7.50 per session (5 x $1.50). Commute times are calculated using Apple Maps, with the time set to 2:00 local time on a Monday.
If you prefer to avoid OSA fees, you can alternatively meet us at a park or your trainer’s house for training. In this case, we select the most appropriate location for your training goals. The Study Abroad program is another excellent option for anyone living OSA.
